Authorization Request

Requests can only from accounts that have previously been authorized for another role.

In “Settings” under “Authorization/Access Settings”, the user has the option to request a change their role.

This request is then sent up to someone has a higher access level then the requestor. To look at their hierarchy of access levels, refer to Regions in Ark.

The requesting functionality is designed to be used for those members who have transitioned to a different role.
For example, if a Student Rep has been offered and accepted the position of AD, or a Regional Director becomes a System Admin.

Those who have not been authorized previously must be authorized via an Authorization Code
